Importing ingredients from Beersmith 1.0

It looks like all of my custom ingredients from 1.0 didn't come through and I have not been able to figure out how to get them over to 2.0.  Is there actually a way to import my ingredients list from 1.0?

Sorry if this was covered already.  I searched the thread but I couldn't find the answer I was looking for.
 
Hi,
  By default, custom ingredients are not imported.  However you can easily import them by exporting those you need from BeerSmith 1 as a BSM file and then opening that file in BeerSmith 2 and doing copy/paste to save the ones you want into your Grains/Hops/Water/etc...views.

  There is a video that shows you the basic process in the video section on our main website.
