Hi I'm want to setup a 10gal stainless steel BIAB in equipment profile, whats the best way to do that? i dont have a mash tun yet. hopefully soon though.

Hi,
You should be able to take one of the existing BIAB profiles that come with BeerSmith and make a copy then edit it to suit your needs. Just adjust the boil/mash volumes and the mash tun specific heat to match your BIAB setup. In your case, the mash tun would be 10 gallons and the boil volume would likely be less than that. The weight you could get from weighing it and the mash tun specific heat should be around 0.12.
