Measured ABV Calculation Bug

Steps to reproduce:

  - Open a recipe
  - Show the Measured OG, Measured FG, and Measured ABV fields
  - Type 1.086 in the OG and 1.022 in the FG field; ABV = 8.5%
  - Change the FG to 1.021; ABV = 8.8% (incorrect)
  - Change the FG to a value other than 1.086.
  - Change the FG back to 1.086; ABV = 8.6% (correct)

I am running BeerSmith 2.0.40 on Windows XP SP3 32-Bit.
