I want to set up a cereal mash profile for my Wits and my Classic Am Pils. In my process I add x amount of unmalted wheat or corn to to 25% 2 row. I then do a series of temperture steps to get to the boil. so far no problem.
I then add this boiling mash to the remainder of my 2nd mash at y temperature to arrive at a final temperture of 150 for a sach rest. This is a standard mash procedure for unmalted grains. How do I enter this in a profile so that I can get the y value to be calculated for me?

thanx
