Is it possible to change the BrewSheet and why not

Why isn't the brewheet a report like any other report? Maybe I missed something. I should say that help files are not very user friendly. Don't get me wrong, this software is very good, too early for me to say it's the best, but at first sight it looks great.

I agree, the Brewsheet should be a "template" that can be changed.  At the moment, however, it is hardcoded in the program.

In a future version I would very much like to "template" it so it can be modified.

You should also consider adding these to the brewsheet:

-Start and end time for steps in the process. (boil start, boil end...)
-Water flow rate when striking.
-Actual temperatures for every step in the process.
-Vessel identification.
-PH and corrections. (during mash, during boil...)
-Wort oxygenation method (+injection rate if pure oxygen is used)
-Daily fermentation density and temperature.

This should then be logged in the software...
