Beersmith is telling me to use two packs of wyeast and 3.34 qt starter for my imperial stout, but I only have a 2000ml flask (2.11 qt).

Can I just pitch the dme and the two wyeast packs and will it still be okay?

Would you boil the DME in water first?  Do you have a spare growler?  Split the starter between the growler...or other suitable container and your flask.

I have a growler.

So just boil the dme in water and split it with a pack in the growler and the eflask.
Thanks.

How many gallons at what gravity? Two packs sounds like alot. DME is cheaper than yeast, can you build it up?

I would attempy to do what CE said...Stepping up a starter (requires decanting and feading the yeast) and pitching that sounds better.
