Hi
I have brewed a Saison type thing for a homebrew competition next month. Now, I think i may have made a slight mistake. I dry hopped it with Nelson Sauvin pellets. I didn't use a bag. I had some vague idea that the particles would eventually fall to the bottom but i am no longer so sure. I am kegging half this week for the competition then bottling the rest.
What can I expect the hop particles to do if I just left them till the end of the week?
Would isinglass help drop them out?
Anyone have any tips apart from 'use a hop bag next time'?
It tastes great but I am afraid my efforts will be ruined by hops getting stuck in the judges teeth!
Cheers.
