Stone IPA/Ruination IPA Clones?

D

dpippel

Howdy folks - I'm a newbie to BeerSmith and the forum and am looking for extract or partial mash recipes for the two IPAs in the subject line. A search here turned up nothing. Does anyone have a recipe or two to share? It would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the tip, but like I said I've searched the recipes here and came up with nothing regarding clones for the two brews I want to duplicate. The quest continues...

I have a Ruination recipe that I believe to be pretty close to the real deal. Give it a shot and let me know what you think.

5 gallon batch

14.60 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 88.0 %
1.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 9.0 %
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 30L (30.0 SRM) Grain 3.0 %
2.25 oz Magnum [16.00%] (60 min) Hops 93.2 IBU
1.50 oz Centennial [10.50%] (5 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
2.00 oz Centennial [10.50%] (Dry Hop 4 days) Hops -
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 60.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001) Yeast-Ale

Single infusion mash, 90 minute boil. Calculated IBU's 96.6.
