New Recipe doesn't show detail page buttons

When I create a new blank recipe I do not get the detail buttons (starter, mash, fermentation, etc) until I save, close, and repopen the recipe.


I tried this with the truly default blank recipe, and then I created a basic recipe, and set that as the default.  Both ways still result in no buttons until after save/close/reopen.

  I put out (yet another) patch today to fix this - build 48 is on the main download page.  Sorry for all of the updates but I want to respond quickly when I find a major bug.
