If I'm bottling and want to cold crash will my yeast survive, due to the cold temps., to carbonate my bottles??

yes and no.  there may not be enough healthy cells to carbonate even though some survive the hibernation.  it is safer to add a new batch of cells.

I always carbonate at room temperature.  Cold crash your primary or secondary fermenter and then add a 1/2 packet of liquid activated dry yeast to your bottling bucket.
