i have bought a bock extract kit.i didnt know the lager needed to be fermented stable at 58.i am now looking for suggestions on recipes for munich malt. was thicking of try to make ipa with it

I would go ahead and make the lager. Keep it in the coolest part of your house while fermenting and you should be fine. I've made several (enjoying a honey lager right now) and I don't do anything different as far chilling it. I will say that my kitchen where I brew stays between 60 to 65 degrees at all times. Good luck

You could also try an altbier or California Common.  Each style should be somewhat "toasty" and fermented around 60 to 62 and not 58 (or lower).
