Extract FG Min?
« on: November 01, 2011, 04:39:23 PM »
I'm trying to better understand  malt characteristics by looking over the maltster's data sheets.  The link below is Crisp Malting's data sheet for Maris Otter. I don't quite understand the "Extract FG Min" column. Could someone explain to me what it is, how it's calculated?

Thanks!
