Extract FG Min?

I'm trying to better understand malt characteristics by looking over the maltster's data sheets. The link below is Crisp Malting's data sheet for Maris Otter. I don't quite understand the "Extract FG Min" column. Could someone explain to me what it is, how it's calculated?
