I used a Hearts Handy Masher http://www.heartshomebrew.com/home_brew_beer.cgi?cart_id=4473870.17852*GC4lh0&p_id=9003&xm=on&ppinc=dave2full. It holds 2 gallons of liquid and I usually put about a pound or two of grain in it
and follow these instructions: Steep grain in 1 gallon of 160 dgr water and then pour 1 gallon of 170 dgr over grain draining
into kettle once. (see attachment)
What mash profile best matches this procedure?
