First time home brewer. My beer has been fermenting since Thanksgiving...going on day 10 today. The air bubbles have essentially stopped in the airlock since yesterday. Am I ready to begin bottling?

Take a hydrometer reading and write it down. Take another in two days. If they are the same then fermentation is done. If the second is smaller than the first then it's still fermenting. Write the reading down and check it again in two days.
