Hi,
6months ago i brewed a scottish ale that turned into a bit of an abortion so i tuned it into an old ale type thing. Anyway, i added brett and it has been in there for 6 months. I tried some today. The beer is lovely, all sorts of flavours going on from the malt but there is only the slightest slightest hint of brett in there which is in itself nice. But iwas expecting more after this amount of time, i thought the beer would be a bit drier also.
I know it takes a long time to act but is this normal for 6 months? I have braced myself for another 6month wait.
Any reccomendations? Should i add more brett?
