Momentary freeze

When entering recipes, I get a momentary freeze where nothing responds. After a few seconds, back to normal. Is this some normal auto-save, a hiccup in the program, a problem in my computer, or just a carry over from my Timothy Leary Trip-of-the-Month Club days?

Hi Ed,
  It is the autosave kicking in.  In the next release I will change the options so you can customize the autosave to save less often or wait for idle time.
