Mash Efficiency

I brewed a APA yesterday and my mash efficiency seemed way off. I did correct for temperature but my OG into Boiler was 1.057 (estimate was 1.036. Yet, my brewhouse efficiency was very close (1.059 and the estimate was 1.055). My volumes were almost exact. Anyone know why I might have been so far off?

 The estimates are both based on your brewhouse efficiency, so it is possible you are getting very good mash efficiency, but losses later in your brewing process are accounting for a lower overal system efficiency.
