Welcome to the board.
Interesting choice of grain, what color does it produce?  I am brewing a 10 gallon batch of Baltic Porter.
26 lbs 9.9 oz of 2-row
3 Lbs 8.6 oz of Carafoam
1 Lb .5 oz Caramel Malt 40L
1lb .5 oz Caramel Malt 60L
15.1 oz Chocolate
9.3 oz Black Barley
1.84 oz Centennial at 90 min
1.8 oz Centennial at 10 min
This is the 4th version of this brew.  Good finish of coffee and chocolate with a hint of hops at the nose.  A fan favorite at the house.
Let us know how it turns out.
Primary:  ; Carnegie & Co. Porter Clone, Fosters Clone
Secondary: Honey Mead ( 4 more months to go)
On Tap:  Vertical Epic Ale Clone, Wiezen, Sofa King Pumkin Ale, Liepzig Gose
