I brewed last weekend. I left basement door ajar and it blew open causing the brew to get real cold. The yeast didn't seem to activate much at all. Can you add something or transfer and re-pitch another yeast to save the brew?

Too cold for yeast.

Yeah.
Heat.
Put it in the living room or someplace where the temp is in the yeast's happy place, let it warm up, and it will start bubbling away.
