Challenger hops   60 gm
Last 15min of boil
Goldings hops     20gm
Irish moss        10gm Â
boil for 90 min

racking gravity    1007
Alcohol          5.7
bitterness        35
colour           35 EBD
Pipkin can be replaced by 2.91kg of Premium malt extract
