I have used BeerSmith 2 since it came out. In fact, I started wth 1.4. Before that, I used ProMash. While I have become comfortable with BeerSmith and use it for designing and brewing, I still keep ProMash for one reason. ProMash lists the hop essential oils.
Any chance of getting this feature added? When changing hops in a recipe it's the oils that I look at, primarily Humulene and Myrcene, not the Alpha Acids.

Thank you

Certainly possible, but the hop oils do vary by season and variety, so I would need a very current listing for it to have any meaning (for all hops!).  If you have a good reference let me know.

I realize the oils change by season, but so do the Alpha Acids. The same with grains. In order to be exact, one would have to check an analysis sheet on every order of hops and grains. But having the oils listed, even though it would only be as accurate as having the alpha acids listed, or the moisture content of grains listed, would allow someone the chance to use one more tool in designing beers.
