mash profile question

Finished brewing an AHS Anniversary Pilsner recipe and was trying to put it into BS2 and a question came to mind.

Using a 48 quart coleman cooler (12 gallons) and most of the grain recipes I use really do not go beyond 10-11 pounds.  At 1.25 qts per pound, I would max out at around 3.5 to 4 gallons of tun space used.  Do I then enter that the mash tun sparge usage is that percentage of the overall tun?  33% or whatever it turns out to be?
 
Just put 90 our whatever.  BS uses that to calculate maximum grain, mash water and sparge water for tun.  I only really looked at that for batch sparging.
