Can the Windows version of BeerSmith 2.0 run on Windows 7 tablet PC's?

No,
Not yet - though I am working on mobile versions. They will initially be available for iPhone and Android operating systems, but I've written it so it can also be moved to Windows mobile as well - though it will probably be after the other two versions.
