SO, I decided to try my hand at a berry beer. I brewed up a nice 5 gal batch let sit for 1 wek in the primary. picked about 3 lbs of berries from along the fence lines (raspberries and black caps) cooked them down to a nice syrup, boiled for 15 min, added a little sugar and let cool. I then added the syrup to the secondary and racked the beer on top. It has been sitting for about 1 1/2 weeks now and unfortunatly it was pretty hot here for a couple of days and was in a room that was allowed to get to 90 deg for a day or two. When I removed the cover (to keep it out of the light) it now has a bit of a white film over it.
My question to you is, did I kill it? Should I pour it out and try again? Is it possible to recover it?

What ever info I could get would be appreciated,

Thanks.
