How to CHange Grain Absorption Rate

I've searched these forums and used Google but can't figure out how to change the grain absorption rate.  The default is too low (perhaps because of my crush) and it's throwing off my water volumes.

At the top of the page  look for a little icon that looks like a gear...... that is the Beersmith settings. Then under ADVANCED you will see the editable grain absorption rate!
