Does anyone have any good high gravity recipes such as Trappist Ales that yield around the 11% to 12% ABV range. I love the La Trappe Quadrupel Trappist Ale so anything close to that would be ideal.

Cheers

There's a decent looking La Trappe Quadrupel recipe on the BS recipe website.

Thank you for your reply. I'm new at this website and forum and I tried finding it but I'm struggling with locating it. Is it possible to post me the link?

Cheers!

Johnny

Sorry it's taken a while to reply. I use both malt extract and grain. Does it make that much of a difference? I only brew 5 gallons at a time. I didn't find a La Trappe Quad clone on the BS recipe website unless it's tucked away somewhere that I missed.

PM me I have good recipe that tastes very similar to a new belgium Abby ale.

I'd be interested in taking a look at that recipe.  I think my next brew will be a dubel or tripel.
