I have a question about my brewhouse efficiency vs. what a recipe is formulated upon.
If I am given a recipe whose grain bill is written for 75% efficiency, but through experience my brewhouse is only 70%, is there an option to calculate the additional grain I will need to hit the 75% recipe's O.G.? Or do I just add more base grain to the recipe until the O.G. with my brewhouse efficiency is the same as the recipe's?
