creating new recipes and moving them to different machine

I like to write recipes on the run (laptop) but at home I brew and have a garage PC set up. How do I get a recipe from my Laptop to my PC? I shared it on Cloud and its there, but on my PC I can only see it on the cloud. Id like it to be saved in "My Recipes" since I wrote it.. Cant seem to find a way to do this other then just seeing it in the cloud folder
 
ok I right clicked it..not sure where to go next? so I chose "export"  saved it.  its in bs2 folder but it doesnt show up in my recipes. Actually I see no recipes at all in beersmith2 folder. Still lost :-[
 
yea your right! right click Copy and paste into My recipes.. whew.. thanx
