Hi,

Beginner from Norway. Anybody having a recipe for something close to Heineken?

I hate to break it to you, but. When starting out brewing, you should brew ales and lots of them. Heineken is a Lager which requires a level of expertice that most new brewers do not have, along with speciatly brewing equipment. You as a new brewer should be working on getting the processes under controll and getting to know your equipment. Along with getting a better understanding of what goes into the brewing processes. We all want you to brew good beer and start your hobby on a good foot.

Cheers
Preston

Agreed.

If you like that type beer, you could use mostly pilsner malt, and use the Nottingham dry yeast, and ferment cool, such as 60F (15C), and approximate a clean lager-style beer.

Let it ferment for 2-3 weeks, and then lager it for another few weeks if you want great clarity and lager characteristics.
