changing default mash initial conditions

Is there a way to change the default mash initial conditions (grain temp, mash tun temperature) so that it doesn't start at 72 F? As far as that goes can you also change the default setting to adjust temp for equipment? I have a small brain and don't trust myself to always remember to change these - and my equipment/grain is never likely to start out above 55 - 60 F.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

You could change those two temps and anything else to fit your set-up or conditions, and then up top in the ribbon menu, select "Set as Default."

All future recipes created when you click "New Recipe" will be based on that default.

Or, you could simply copy/paste a prior recipe that has those corrections, and then change the recipe to suit the new brew.
