So I do a type of brew in the bag/batch sparge... I put the bag in a 10Gal HD cooler... I usually mash in about a 1.75qt/lb for my mash... and then after my 60 mins I Mash Out at 168... To do this I put in the rest of my water to get my boil volume of about 6.9gals....
So anyway... I tried to set up my Mash Profile in Beersmith, and when I make a recipe... it tells me that there is a Error with my Mash In because the infusion temp is higher than boiling...
What could I be doing wrong.
