Kegging w/ Forced Carbonation, How do apply BeerSmith suggested PSI & Carb Lvl?

In BeerSmith for the Brown Ale that I've indicated that I use Forced Carbonation when kegging.  It suggests a Carb Level 2.4 vols and 13.72 PSI.  How do I interpret this and apply?  Does this mean I set this pressure and leave it there?
