Where to add water losses for HLT into brewing profile?

I have a MoreBeer setup with a recirculating system.  After I sparge, I still have some water left in my HLT that doesn't get picked up by the pickup tube.  Where can I add this lost water back into my system profile?  Possibly add it as if it's left in my Mash Tun?
