Another Question for you all

Hello all,

I have a selection of ingredients leftover that I would like to use but not sure what I can make with them and what else I would need to purchase to round out a recipe.

Here is what I have:

0.5 lb 40L Crystal
0.5 lb 80L Crystal
0.25 lb Munich Malt
0.75 lb Chocolate Malt
0.75 lb Roasted Barley

12 oz of Malto Dextrin
2.5 lb Clover Honey

1.5 oz Chinook Pellets (11.9% alpha acid)
1.0 oz Tettnang Pellets (3.9% alpha acid)
0.75 oz Mount Hood Pellets (3.5% alpha acid)

1 Package of Nottingham yeast.

I am an extract/partial mash homebrew at this point.

Any ideas on what I can brew up?

Thanks in advance.

With the roast it screams stout.
I'd use it all and add extract to hit gravity.  Hop to 20-30 IBU's

that is if I was brewing it.

Fred

I have a similar situation, tho my ingredients vary much more than yours.  I'm gonna just throw it all together and call it beer stew!

I'm gonna go with an IPA ,leave the Chocolate out. Chinook at 30 min, and tettnang at 70 min and dry hop with the hood, and again this is just my opinion.  ;D
