Scale Recipe issues

Beersmith 2.1.02

1. When scaling, you should either ask or have a checkbox to copy the recipe not change the original.  I never want to change the original.  I always want a copy of it scaled.  The manual method of me copy then paste the recipe is cumbersome.

2. Batch size / efficiency changes after changing equipment profiles.
- on a  recipe, click the Scale Recipe
- in the dialog window change the batch size.  E.g. display 10 change to 1 gallon
- Change the equipment profile
- Volume changes (matches the equipment profile which is never what I want
- Same for efficiency

3. Funky calculated preboil after changing equipment profiles.
- on a  recipe, click the Scale Recipe
- Select the Calc Boil Vol checkbox
- in the dialog window change the batch size to 1 gallon
- Change the equipment profile to Pot 2 Gal Extract
- Change batch size back to 1 gallon
- Est Preboil changes to -2.46

It seems Equipment Profile should not be defaulted and should be a required selection before other values are added.

I strongly recommend scaling by equipment profile (make a new one and select it in the scale equipment box).  That is the best way to do it and avoids the issues you mention below.
