Newer Hop Varieties - Tasting Notes?

Does anyone have tasting notes on some of these hop varieties? Zythos, Motueka, Pacific Jade, and Topaz.

On Tap: Air
Fermenting: Kolsch
On Deck: House IPA

Pacific jade is quite common in new Zealand beers.  I go there several times a year for work.  I find it quite floral, almost perfumey.

Zythos is not a variety, but a proprietary blend by Hop Union. Last year's blend was very piney.
