Sparge Volume NEGATIVE!?!

I just purchased the BeerSmith software and am having trouble with the sparge volume....it's NEGATIVE!  What am I doing wrong!?! ???
 
Check or set up your equipment profile. Especially top up water for kettle.
 
i'm brand new to beersmith and i'm having the same problem. i keep getting a negative sparge volume, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated,
 
here's a link that someone put on another post that will really help. I went through this step by step, including the spreadsheet for kettle size/boil off amount, and it helped a lot. I hit my numbers almost dead on last brew.
