When I create a new recipe and add each ingredient, they initially start out in numerical order as I add each one.
Malts #1 - #6
Candi Syrup #7 & #8,
Then as I add my hops, instead of being #9 on the list, it makes itself #7 and bumps the other ingredients up one number.
Next hop additon will then be #10.
So instead of having my ingredients grouped as I list them, ie malts, sugars, hops, spices.
The program mixes them up in what appears to be random order.
Don't like this at all.
Want them grouped exactly as I list them.

They are numbered based on time in the boil. This works for me, as a restaurant owner I list ingredients on recipes based on when they are used. This is standard.
Clicking on the headers in the inredients box will change the sorting.

Prost

Thanks Rusty Nails.
Forgot about that option.
Clicking "Type" did the best sort.
1)Grain
2)Hops
3)Sugar
4)Yeast
Not ideal but much better for me.
I like to group my ingredients for a recipe as I store items in different refrigerators.
First pull all my grains, then sugars, then hops from the freezer, then lastly yeast.
Thanks again!
