Recovery Key mechanism doesn't seem to work

I had a pc crash but was able to save most of the files on the original hard drive.  Unfortunately, I seemed to have misplaced my registration code.  When I try to use the recover key action of the activation screen, it says my email address ([email protected]) isn't in the registration database.  I know this is the address I used because I receive notifications from beersmith all the time to that address, including the mobile beta.  Is the recovery mechanism broken or is my address no longer in the system?

  I just checked and you are in the database.  I also just checked the functionality and it is up and running.  Is it possible that a spam filter somewhere is taking out the (very short) message containing your key?

Odd.  Either way, my key finally showed up on Jan 2 which was perfect timing.  I was just about to buy another copy.  Thanks for the reply and keep up the good work.
