When BeerSmith is opened, there was a folder select panel on the left. Some how I deleted it, does anyone know how to get it back? I have tried everything I could think of. Also if you reinstall from original download folder, will all recipes and activity be erased?

Left side folder pane deleted by mistake

Click View then Show/Hide Sidebar (Not Show/Hide Menu bar).
As long as you did not delete/remove the Beersmith user folder, the data should still be there.
