Hi,
Fairly new to brewing so still brushing up on my methods, Ive been adding priming sugar to the keg mixed with around 1lte of the brew taken ( using a sterilized jug)
Mixing untill the sugar has dissolved then back into the keg.

Seems most peaple are boiling a water and sugar mix, should I change or is the way im doing it  ok?

Scottie

Never given a thought to the sugar, thanks will tighten up on that one cheers.

Why do some use priming sugar in the keg. I've been brewing a while and just pressurize the keg with CO2 and wait.

Thanks,

Mike

I carbonate in the keg, because I have two taps and 4 kegs. I like to have the two on deck ready to go at all times. I don't know if what I'm doing is correct, but it works for me,.
