Activation Key won't Hold in BS2

hi there,

I just purchased Beersmith 2 and have entered my activation code which was accepted but now, each time I open the program, it prompts me to re-submit the activation code which I have to do if I want to continue using it.

is this is a common problem? I can't find anything on the board about so just wondering if anyone had any thoughts

all sorted now... was crashing as I closed so it wasn't holding the key. Reinstalled and now it's fine!
