I posted this on a lesser used part of this forum but I am seeing no response. I am trying to create or add an Apple Juice/Cider Profile to my BSII, but everything seems to be in Pounds not Gallons; is there a way to switch this? Is there one already made up as a base profile somewhere I can download? I know that not all ciders are created equal but I need a starting place. Any help would be appreciated, I would like to create a recipe for Graff and need to set up the brew process and figure out how to determine gravities along the way.  :-\
