Has anyone scaled up a batch from 5 gallon to 250 gallons?  Is there any difference in the amount of malt / hops percentage wise from small to large batches?

I have the same question. I want to scale my 5 and 10 gal recipes up to 3 bbls or about 100 finished gallons and around 130 pre-boil gallons I used the "scale up" button on B.S. and it suggested 13 lbs of hops for one of my IPAs. Seems a bit high for me as at the brewery i work at we used about 14 lbs in a 15 bbl batch. Curious to know what else I need to set in order to get a more accurate scaled up batch. Please help.

Thanks.
