Adding Hops

I want to make a container for the finishing hops, that is after the wort is boiled to go thru this and then to the chiller instead of adding it to the boil. any ideas on it's construction.
 
This is called a hop-back or hopback.  Do a search as I have seen several designs around.  (I have not made one nor used one.
