Hi there,

I am trying to design a SMaSH recipe using a batch sparge, however the temperatures that beersmith is giving me are waaay off the mark. I have it set to display in Celsius, and it is telling me I need a temp of 168C and to sparge at 168C. Attached is a screenshot of what I am getting. Any ideas what I am doing wrong here?

It looks like your grain, mashtun and sparge temps are in Farenheit. I'm not sure how to fix that but my WAG is to go back to Options and reset all of the measurements to the scales you want.

You could also try to reinput the mash profile and then add it to the recipe again.
