calculating the amount of gyle (Speise) needed

I have an additional feature suggestion:

In addition to the DME and corn sugar calculation for carbonation, you could also support the use of gyle (part of the original wort, that has not been fermented). For this you would need to know the OG and the FG of this wort.

Kai,
 I will add it to my list.  It is not that difficult an addition, other than the challenge of finding space on the main recipe screen for the additional data needed!

You may not need the additional data if you use the measured OG and FG of the batch and give the option of using "wort from batch" for priming.

But I would suggest that you povide a seperate beer volume input for priming as many of us have quite some losses from the brew kettle to the bottling bucket.
