Hi. New to the Forum, but a BSmith user for more than a year. (32 brews) I really enjoy the program. But it would be nice to know the interpretation of all parameters used in the UI. E.g. at what point is OG and FG measured. What parameters are used to define "Measured Efficiency".

I'm sure information could be find here on the forum, but I was not successful.

Hi,
The "measured" values are for entering data after you have brewed - such as measured original gravity.  This differentiates them from the "estimated" values such as estimated Original Gravity or Final Gravity.  The measured OG and FG plus the measured batch volume and boil volumes are the critical parameters for estimating efficiency.

Cheers,
Brad
