Hello,

New member here.

My question is regarding the equipment profile set up.  I have an eight gal. brewpot and use six gal. of water for a five gal. extract brew.  (All-grain coming soon, hopefully!)  There was no option for this size displayed and no way to adjust for it in adjustable windows.  I was concerned that it would throw off the final calculations for any future recipes.  What did I miss?

Thanks in advance for your consideration,

BTW, totally cool software!

Click on "Profiles", then on "Equipment". The list of existing equipment profiles will pop up; click on the "Add Equipment" icon in the icon bar near the top.

That was all done and there was no option for my extract set-up available.  The closest was "Pot ( 4 Gal./15.1 L) - Extract;  5 gal. Batch Volume; 3.67 gal. Boil Volume; 4.6 gal. Bottling volume.

Mine is in that neighborhood, except for Pot ( 8 Gal. ) and Batch Volume @ 6 gal. (6 gal. of water in the boil).

Am I mis-reading the options?

Thanks.
