Text Lines for adding information on inventory sheets

I would really like to be able to add some temporary text to an inventory sheet prior to printing the sheet. 

I would like to be able to add the date the inventory was printed as well as a short note ie, "Inventory Up to Date Post Marzen brew of 4/27/13."

This would allow users a higher degree of accuracy for inventory and brew  planning purposes.
